Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 3+ years sales or customer support experience.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong teamwork, time management, organization and planning abilities.
• Familiarity with freight terminology and shipping procedures.
• Knowledge of credit and collections processes.
• Ability to read and decipher quotations and purchase orders.
• Capable of entering and submitting orders accurately.
• Ability to coordinate projects as an individual contributor or team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for internal and external customers, including order intake and inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve incoming orders and questions from field reps and end users.
• Maintain accuracy in customer data and pricing; monitor EDI orders as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to answer product questions and resolve issues.
• Communicate professionally with owners, executives and other stakeholders.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced customer service environment.
