Job summary

ABC Worldwide Stone in New York, NY seeks a Sales Support Assistant to train and support sales reps, build relationships, and provide outstanding follow-up. You will handle data entry, CRM, quotes, and order processing under the supervision of the Sales Reps.

The role requires excellent communication, detail orientation, and ability to multitask under pressure. Two years in sales support and a high school diploma are preferred; Bachelor’s a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in Sales Support or similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receives direction from Sales Reps/Showroom Team Leader.
• Supports Inside and Outside Sales Reps.
• Identify, differentiate & explain stone products.
• Assist during viewings scheduled and prepared by a Sales Rep.
• Prepare recap of viewings and next steps in the Sales Process.
• Capture client information and enter into the CRM database.
• Maintain and update Salesforce with current projects and quotes.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders under supervision of the Sales Rep.
