Family & Nursing Care is seeking a highly organized Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Silver Spring, MD. You will own CRM administration, schedule meetings for senior sales staff, and handle essential sales support tasks to help drive growth.

The role emphasizes researching prospects, generating calendar appointments, QA of CRM data, and supporting events and daily sales operations in a fast-paced environment. Office presence required in Silver Spring.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in administrative, customer service, or entry-level sales roles is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Strong desire to learn the sales process and grow into a front-line sales or business development role.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable learning new software quickly; CRM experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to research prospects, analyze data, develop presentations, and support business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for phone outreach and professional correspondence.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Data entry or computer experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Meetings generation by identifying prospects, outreach, and booking meetings for the sales team.
• Research prospective accounts and generate high-quality calendar appointments for BDMs.
• CRM management and QA: keep CRM data clean, organized, and up to date; support VP of Sales with QA.
• Sales, event and administrative support to keep sales operations running smoothly; shadow BDMs and provide coverage when needed; represent at events.
• Support broader business development activities and relationship-building tasks.
