Job summary

Family & Nursing Care, a leading home care provider in the U.S., seeks a Business Development Associate to drive meeting generation, CRM excellence, and essential sales support. You’ll learn the home care sales process and grow into a full-cycle sales role in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will work from our Silver Spring HQ, travel as needed, and contribute to a robust team focused on client relationships and revenue growth. Experience in admin or entry-level sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Desire to learn sales processes and grow into front-line roles.
• Comfort with learning new software and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Generate meetings by researching prospects and booking calendar appointments.
• Manage and QA the CRM to keep data clean and up to date.
• Provide sales support and cover for the BDM team as needed.
• Assist with events, relationship building, and ad-hoc projects.
