This remote role requires occasional in-person meetings within commuting distance, with emphasis on accurate information and strong customer service.

You will analyze inventory movements, assist with commissions and settlements, and coordinate programs, with SAP and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred; related experience acceptable.
• 2–3 years in agriculture, supply chain, logistics or customer service.
• Ability to learn product knowledge related to sales and customers.
• Strong communication and ability to present accurate information.
• Proficient PC skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for supply chain, logistics and admin services to sales providers and field personnel.
• Manage inventory decisions, repackaging requests and logistics with financial impact.
• Provide high-level product supply support and responsive customer service.
• Coordinate communications with field sales teams and implement changes.
• Support agency commissions, settlements and documentation processes.
• Assist credit questions, payoff amounts, and program inquiries.
