Job summary

ABC Worldwide Stone is seeking a Sales Support Assistant who will train with our top sales representatives and gain hands‑on experience to build long‑term relationships with clients. The role requires detail orientation, tech savviness, and strong written and spoken communication to respond to multiple client requests promptly.

The assistant will support both Inside and Outside Sales Reps, manage CRM entries, prepare quotes, and assist during sales viewings under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Sales Support or similar administrative role.
• At least two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receives direction from Sales Reps/Showroom Team Leader.
• Supports both Inside and Outside Sales Reps.
• Ability to identify, differentiate & explain stone products.
• Assist during viewings scheduled and prepared by a Sales Rep.
• Prepare recap of viewings scheduled and prepared by a Sales Rep.
• Assist clients with viewing under direction and supervision of a Sales Rep.
• Coordinate with Sample Team for Sample requests and follow-up.
• Capture all necessary client information for next steps in Sales Process.
• Perform CRM data entry and maintain projects in Salesforce.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders under supervision of the Sales Rep.
• Advise clients on product selections and provide client service.
