Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Sales Assistant to support Account Executives and the sales team from our Chicago area branch. You will manage CRM tasks, prepare reports, and assist in proposals and campaigns.

This role also handles billing coordination, contract preparation, and cross-department liaison. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales support are preferred, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Two years minimum supporting a sales function; 2–3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with CRM/Salesforce administration and report preparation.
• Assist in proposal creation, RFP generation, editing, and output with Proposal+.
• Help marketing and sales leadership with research and client prospecting reports.
• Prepare campaign documents including contracts and production instructions.
• Review and resolve billing issues with the finance team.
• Generate and distribute sales, renewal, and ad hoc reports.
• Field inbound sales calls and provide callback information to leadership.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Marketing, HR, Finance and other departments.
