Our client, a respected senior living community in East County San Diego, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support a high-performing sales and resident services team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring prospective residents and families feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout the inquiry and move-in process.

In this role, you’ll assist with front-office coordination, CRM updates, scheduling, move-in documentation, resident welcome preparation, and marketing event support. You’ll also help maintain a polished and professional office environment while supporting the team wherever needed during busy periods and community events.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, compassionate, and comfortable interacting with seniors, families, visitors, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful work in a people-centered environment.

Required Skills:
