Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a logistics specialist in a family‑oriented team environment. This role offers an opportunity to work with customers, suppliers, and global supply chains while contributing to a growing business serving diverse industries.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, manage orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate documentation. The position is direct hire with benefits and room to develop in operations and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, purchasing, order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One, as well as import/export or international logistics processes, is a strong plus.
