Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. This role supports the sales process, builds relationships with customers, and assists with quotes, proposals, and product recommendations in a fast-paced office environment.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales support, inside sales, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience and/or other technical systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Full-Time Sales Support Representative - $40-60k yearly salary

We're seeking a customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, assisting customers, and supporting the sales process in a fast-paced office environment. Key Job Details:

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (No weekends!)

Pay Rate:$40-60k (based on experience)

Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
