Job summary

The Juris Agency in Houston is expanding its sales team and invites driven individuals to join as licensed agents or trainees. You will initiate outbound calls, follow up with prospects, and help clients buy insurance while coordinating with licensed agents.

A reliable vehicle and TX license may be required as you build a local client base. We offer a Mon-Fri schedule with evenings off, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and hands-on training to help you grow in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Becoming licensed as needed by the agency.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Possess a valid TX driver license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospects and clients.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email with leads.
• Refer sales opportunities to licensed sales agents.
• Assist clients in understanding insurance options and completing applications.
• Record prospect and client sales details accurately.
• Submit daily activity and prospect/clients records.
