FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is hiring a Sales and Support Administrator to join our team. The role is to be the first point of contact for customers, assist the Outside Sales Team, and manage estimates and orders to ensure timely delivery, while actively contributing to team meetings and marketing plans.

The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and relationship-building within a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience.
• Outgoing, responsive and eager to learn; able to build relationships.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods and view a computer screen for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Support the Outside Sales Team.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing plans.
• Interact with customers via email, phone, in person, and at their business location.
• Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into clients.
