Intertek in Boxborough, MA is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Electrical team. This role provides support for the outside sales team and helps manage quotes, orders, and customer inquiries.

The position offers a base wage of $22-$26 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, tuition reimbursement and more. Travel may be required to serve clients and field activities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales or administrative support experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for outside sales team.
• Process and manage quotes and orders efficiently.
• Respond promptly to quotation requests and inquiries.
• Follow up on proposals and close business.
• Research and resolve account problems.
• Collaborate with customers and operations for a superior experience.
• Assist with marketing activities (webinars, events).
• Perform other duties as needed.
