National Worksite Staffing LLC is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead the inside sales support and CSR teams in our Vineland, NJ office. The role focuses on accurate order processing, responsive customer service, and proactive account management to support revenue growth.

You will partner with the Head of Operations and the Purchasing team to improve workflows, provide accurate quotes, and deliver actionable performance insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or account management in manufacturing/industrial distribution.
• 3+ years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of order processing, quoting, customer account management, and customer service operations.
• Experience collaborating with outside sales, operations, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops the inside sales support function; manages CSR team and Inside Account Managers.
• Coordinates with upper management to improve processes and ensure seamless daily operations.
• Provides quoting support, order confirmations, and troubleshooting for the outside sales team.
• Establishes KPIs, tracks performance, and reports trends for leadership.
• Promotes continuous process improvement and accountability across the team.
