Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Supervisor to support the store manager in daily operations and drive sales. You’ll lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold visual standards while safeguarding assets.

Responsibilities include training staff, scheduling, restocking, and enforcing policies. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the opportunity to grow within a global eyewear leader.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year in retail management.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Manual tasks including bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Trains and manages all employees in daily tasks to maximize sales.
• Assigns tasks and schedules work hours per payroll matrix.
• Ensures compliance with company communications and visual standards.
• Coordinates restocking and flow from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff compliance with policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
