Job summary

Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Supervisor for our Valencia Town Market opening in September 2026. This hands-on retail leadership role thrives on coaching the floor, developing the team, and delivering an elevated, customer‑first in‑store experience powered by the Leap Platform.

As Leader on Duty, you’ll partner with store leadership to meet daily sales goals, lead daily operations, train new team members, and ensure brand standards across merchandising, inventory, and events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with retail tech such as Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure timely execution of brand standards.
• Coach associates on product knowledge and personalized selling techniques.
• Collaborate with store leadership to onboard new team members and reinforce training.
• Support store events and market initiatives to drive customer engagement.
