Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading boutique, premium, or lifestyle retail teams.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily boutique performance, sales, profitability, and objectives.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience and build brand loyalty.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team with accountability.
• Build brand presence through partnerships and store initiatives.
• Lead operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and processes.
• Monitor KPIs: sales growth, customer experience, and operations.
