Job summary

Leap is seeking a Store Manager for its Valencia Town Center boutique, opening September 2026. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive profitable operations.

You will build brand presence locally, partner with nearby Leap stores, and ensure flawless daily execution of merchandising, inventory, and staff scheduling. Strong leadership, retail know-how, and a passion for customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to optimize performance and inspire selling behaviors.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Support brand presence through local partnerships and market initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and daily operations.
