This role blends analytics, commercial insight, and strategic thinking to shape decisions across customers, channels, products, and markets.

The ideal candidate translates complex data into clear recommendations and collaborates with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in sales strategy, commercial analytics, or related leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize large data sets into insights.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: align with Head of Sales to drive growth and plan annual targets.
• Sales Performance & Analytics: develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor KPIs.
• Revenue Growth & Opportunity Identification: identify white-space, pricing, discounts, and ROI for initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Planning & Forecasting: support forecasting and long-range growth strategies.
