Job summary

Ethos Pet Brands, the parent of Natural Balance and Canidae, is seeking a strategic EVP of Business Development & Strategy to accelerate growth across retail channels and partnerships. You will oversee new business, strategic accounts, broker relationships, and distribution expansion while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to drive revenue and profitability.

The ideal leader has deep retailer relationships, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial, sales, or business development leadership in CPG.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and forecasting.
• Experience leading national retail channels and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the national sales and business development strategy.
• Build executive relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Oversee broker partnerships, pricing, promotions, and contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth, profitability and distribution.
