Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience in commission-based environment.
• Retail automotive sales and desking experience desired.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Proficient with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma accepted.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from sales to delivery with excellent service.
• Manage end-to-end financing and order-to-delivery process.
• Coordinate test drives and explain Lucid selling points.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and team.
