Job summary

Lucid Motors in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Sales Specialist to guide customers on their journey from initial contact to delivery. You will be the main point of contact in a fast-paced, commission-based retail environment.

You’ll leverage product knowledge and CRM tools to educate customers, conduct test drives, coordinate financing and vehicle delivery, and build lasting relationships while achieving individual sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a commission-based environment.
• Retail automotive sales and desking experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Needs Assessment: gauge customer needs through personalized interactions.
• Product Expertise: apply in-depth knowledge to offer tailored solutions.
• CRM: use Salesforce to track customer interactions and pipeline.
• Pipeline Management: build and maintain a robust sales funnel.

• Delivery coordination: guide order-to-delivery including financing.
• Customer experience: deliver an exceptional, memorable sales journey.
