Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sales Specialist for our Lucid Studio. You will guide customers from sales to delivery, balancing a guaranteed hourly wage with uncapped commission, and provide an exceptional, personalized experience throughout the journey.

The role requires 2+ years of commission-based sales, CRM familiarity, and strong communication. You will work flexible hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced, premium EV environment, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales professional experience in commission-based environment, including building and managing a customer pipeline.
• Retail automotive sales and desking experience highly desired.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of a secondary language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Needs Assessment, Product Expertise, Competitive landscape awareness, Customer Relationships, CRM usage, Pipeline Management, Goal-Oriented performance, Test drives and delivering exceptional sales experiences.
• Transaction Facilitation (Desking): Manage end-to-end order to delivery processes, assist with financing/leasing applications, monitor documents and vehicle readiness, coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams.
• Communication & Presentation: Clear oral and written communication, maintain updates during waiting periods, active listening to provide helpful solutions.
