The role features uncapped commission and a guaranteed hourly wage, with opportunities to earn more through performance. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales professional experience in commission-based environment.
• Retail automotive sales and desking experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive market dynamics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Needs assessment and product expertise to guide customers.
• Conduct test drives and present selling points for Lucid vehicles.
• Manage end-to-end order-to-delivery process and financing options.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure a memorable experience.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track interactions and pipeline.
