Job summary

Living Spaces in Lenexa, KS, is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will drive sales through targeted SPH, meet KPIs, and support showroom merchandising and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily sales, promoting a guest-focused store culture, assisting with furniture assembly, and using company systems to follow procedures. Prior retail experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
• High volume experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and KPIs while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans with leadership.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and complete Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection and loss prevention standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
