Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Specialist in New Hampshire. You’ll engage customers, understand project needs, explain product specs and financing options, and help close sales. You’ll move around the store, answer phones, and contribute to a dynamic home improvement team.

You’ll become a product expert across departments like Appliances, Flooring, and Live Nursery, with growth opportunities and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include customer-facing sales experience or Lowe's retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with help if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within department; prepare estimates, schedule visits, process orders, and ensure project completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels; work with vendors to find merchandise and replacements.
• Perform price reviews per policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Train associates in the department on the sales floor.
