Job summary

LHH is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for customers, manage relationships, and support existing accounts while identifying growth opportunities. The role is fully onsite in Pittsburgh with consistent daytime business hours.

You will coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and customer support teams, process quotes and orders, maintain accurate customer data in CRM/ERP, monitor open orders, and travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing sales or technical sales support.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, operations, and support teams.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems is helpful.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
