Job summary

Y-tec Keylex Toyotetsu Alabama is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the sales team by preparing quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses. The role requires maintaining quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations, managing sales tools, and delivering professional presentations.

You will analyze complex technical information for internal and external stakeholders, work with ERP systems (Plex), and collaborate with Toyota or Mazda OE accounts as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Plex ERP is preferred.
• Automotive OE account management experience, preferably with Toyota or Mazda.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for customers.
• Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
• Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and technical presentations for potential customers.
• Attend supplier training with customers to maintain relationships and compliance.
• Analyze complex technical information to provide accurate responses to stakeholders.
• Accurately manage data in various formats for internal analysis and customer submissions.
• Work independently to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a team.

Summary/ Objective:The sales specialist provides support and training to sales team by performing several administrativetasks.Essential Functions (but are not limited to):• Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required PPE.• Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for customers.• Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.• Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.• Develops technical presentations for potential customers.• Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and governmentregulations.• Attend supplier training as necessary with customers to maintain positive customer relationsand compliance.• Analyze complex technical information and data to provide accurate and timely responses tointernal and external stakeholders.• Accurately manage data in various formats for internal analysis and customer submissions• Work independently to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.• Collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a team.• Regular attendance is required.Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience or training.• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft office• Experience using an ERP, preferably Plex• Automotive OE account management experience, preferably with Toyota or MazdaEEO Statement:YKTA desires to create and maintain a work environment that is committed to providing equalopportunity for employment and success for all team members.
