The Sales Specialist will work closely with key leadership partners at our communities. This role involves temporarily facilitating primary sales activities in communities without a permanent on-site Sales Director and mentoring underperforming Sales Directors to help drive revenue and increase market penetration across North America. The successful candidate will collaborate with corporate and local teams to develop new relationships, pricing strategies, and sales campaigns.
