It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF! Based in our Holmdel, NJ Office at Bell Works, the Sales Service Coordinator will be an integral part of our Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in working in a fast-paced team in Consumer Fragrance, working closely with Account Managers.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who will be key to the success of our sales team. A strong background in an administrative function will serve you well, requiring you to be highly organized with a keen attention to detail. This is a very interactive position where you will coordinate between different internal departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
To succeed, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
Coordinating multiple client fragrance development projects by liaising with internal teams, both locally and internationally, including perfumers, lab, marketing, production, customer service, scent designers, and tracking all relevant details of project briefing and submissions.
Scheduling, organizing, and preparing meetings, including submission materials, sampling, blotters, submission sheets, and all support materials.
Providing daily support and communication to meet client needs, such as pricing, oil coordination, shipping, documentation, and samples. Managing project administration, entering projects, handling submissions and reworks, directing internal teams, managing deadlines, monitoring pricing, logging data, updating project records, ordering oils, handling regulatory paperwork, and entering data into SAP.
Maintaining data integrity across SAP, Business Warehouse, and other sales reporting tools, including oil references, approved levels, and bases.
Ensuring clients’ portfolios meet industry regulations, issuing safety documents, and coordinating regulatory reworks with relevant teams.
Additional duties include proactively taking on projects, working independently, and owning responsibilities to meet objectives.
Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, based on experience and other factors.
