About the Role

As aClient Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role supporting our account management team. This is not your typical admin role — it’s fast-moving, collaborative, and deeply tied to client success.

You'll be handling:

  • Provider privileging & some credentialing coordination
  • Timesheet & billing follow-up
  • Extension processing
  • Agency & client communication
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Special project support

What You Bring

  • Experience in healthcare recruiting/scheduling (Locums experience = major plus)
  • High attention to detail + strong follow-through
  • Ability to pivot quickly and stay organized
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel & internal platforms
  • Team-first attitude, but comfortable working independently

Schedule:

  • Full-time, remote
  • M–F, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (some flexibility needed)
