Job summary

First Horizon Corporation is seeking a customer-focused teller and platform associate to deliver high-quality service at our banking center. You will handle daily teller transactions, open new accounts, and guide clients through deposit products while referencing bank partners for referrals.

In this role, you will identify client needs, participate in outbound outreach, and assist with loan applications, ensuring a smooth handoff to specialists when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
