Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Boone, NC is seeking a full-time Teller to manage cash transactions, assist customers with deposits and withdrawals, and support ATM balancing. You will promote bank products and ensure compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and cash-handling experience; knowledge of MS Office and 10-key accuracy is a plus. Training will cover risk controls and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer and maintain proper cash control per audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders).
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATMs and related entries.
• Assist with vault duties and night lobby depository checks.
