First Horizon Bank is seeking a courteous teller to handle daily financial transactions and open/maintain accounts at our Cary, NC branch. You will provide teller and platform support to ensure fast, accurate service and help clients choose appropriate products.

Cross-selling and outbound outreach are part of the role. Requires a HS diploma or GED and 1 year teller experience preferred; strong cash handling and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Open and process deposits, savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts as needed.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to grow business and relationships.
