Liberty Puerto Rico is hiring a Sales & Service Agent to manage customer service, handle claims, and upsell fixed and mobile services in-store. You will gather necessary information, process transactions, and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, are bilingual in Spanish and English, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• 1–2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt resolution of customer inquiries with billing, service, programming, technical, or maintenance information.
• Offer additional services and products to existing customers; stay current on pricing plans, promotions, and features.
• Sell additional fixed and mobile services to existing customers.
• Retain customers and escalate unresolved cases to a supervisor as needed.
• Answer product/service questions and suggest additional solutions to customers.
• Record account information and process orders accurately.
• Support with merchandising and product launches to promote full solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and ensure courteous service.
