Job summary

Liberty Puerto Rico is seeking a Sales & Service Agent to manage customer service experiences and claims, while upselling fixed and mobile services. You will process transactions, educate customers on payment options, and work with store staff to launch products.

Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required or preferred.
Strong customer service and sales mindset.
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt resolution of customer inquiries with billing, service, or technical information.
Offer additional fixed and mobile services and products to existing customers.
Record account information and process transactions accurately.
Aim to retain customers by addressing concerns and escalating when needed.
Explain payment options and guide customers through automatic payment methods.
Assist with store merchandising and product knowledge to upsell solutions.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
