Job summary

Liberty Mobile PR's My Wireless unit is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to help customers choose devices and plans while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment across Puerto Rico, collaborating with teammates to hit sales targets and provide an outstanding store experience. Prior sales and outbound calling experience is valued, bilingual is a plus, training provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual is a plus, but good communication skills are a must.
• Retail or customer facing sales experience.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Help Liberty wireless customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top Liberty Retail Sales Associate and growth opportunities on the management team.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting store environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day.
• Proactively conduct outreach to expand the customer lead pipeline and drive store sales.
• Execute daily operational needs and support the leadership team.
