Job summary

Liberty by My Wireless in Puerto Rico is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to help Liberty customers choose the right plans and devices while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will participate in training, strive for sales goals, and support store operations. The role offers an uncapped commission program and paid training, with a base hourly rate of $11.50–$12.00.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer facing sales experience.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calling.
• Bilingual is a plus, but good communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Help Liberty wireless customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Participate in training to become a top Liberty Retail Sales Associate and grow into management roles.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting store environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team to exceed personal and store goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities.
• Proactively conduct cold calls and outreach to expand the customer lead pipeline.
• Execute daily operational needs and support leadership.
