Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, the level of which is likely attained with 2+ years related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take over an established, consistent book of business with opportunities to identify new business opportunities and establish new accounts for both new construction and service contracts.
• Develop sales plans and objectives regarding new work, contract negotiation, claims resolution, and future work potential.
• Serve as the team project leader during work acquisition and project execution while utilizing sales tools to plan and document progress and increase opportunities in accounts.
