You will lead a sales team, shape strategy for Fire Alarm and Special Hazards, and partner with Service Operations to ensure seamless transitions from sales to service. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in service-related sales, experience with Fire Alarm or Special Hazards, and prior team oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a service-related sales role.
• Technical experience with Fire Alarm and/or Special Hazards product lines.
• Some management oversight of team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team for Fire Alarm/Special Hazards and Fire Extinguisher/Pre-Engineered lines.
• Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue and margins.
• Mentor and onboard new sales talent.
• Collaborate with Service Operations to ensure seamless handoffs from sales to operations.
• Meet with customers to assess evolving needs and nurture relationships.
• Develop new sales programs and campaigns.
