You will supervise the sales and project management teams, partner with operations to ensure high-quality execution, and drive a sales quota in tandem with the sales team. You will bring 7+ years in design, sales, estimating or project management within fire sprinkler or related sectors, plus relevant post-secondary education.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design, sales, estimating or project management in fire sprinkler industry or related field.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing financial results preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and execute tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the profit and loss for sprinkler work in the Quad Cities office.
• Oversee sprinkler sales and project management teams; collaborate with operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Work with the sales team, with a sales quota to hit.
• Direct reports include Sales Team and Project Managers.
• Demonstrate leadership to mentor and grow Ahern’s contract business.
