Qualifications

• Active NY Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license or willingness to obtain.
• Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
