Looking to hire a Sales & Service Agent for Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, Christenson Agency, located at 100 Brown Ave. Suite 1, Chesterton,IN 46304, phone # [phone].

General Position information:

• Full-time with a flexible schedule
• 100% of "rate sheet" commission on new business sales
• Unlimited income opportunity

Requirements to obtain the position:

• Provide Project 350 information
• Property and casualty license ( 1 week)
• Life and Health License (1 week)
• Complete new agent school with Farm Bureau (3 weeks)
• *$500 weekly pay while completing training. Regular salary upon completion of training
• *Class fees and License fees will be reimbursed upon successful completion

Performance Goals and Requirements

• 10-12 appointments, New Business, COI, Care Reviews with current clients, weekly
• $2500 New Business Commission, monthly
• 25 New Policies sold between New Business and Care Reviews, monthly
