Job summary

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Christenson Agency in Chesterton, IN is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to handle incoming calls, greet walk-ins, process policy changes, and assist with claims paperwork.

• Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
• Handles any walk-in customers.
• Makes Policy changes.
• Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim's representatives.
• Provides proof of insurance documents that is requested by clients.
• any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
