You will handle orders, billing, inventory checks, and customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy and teamwork in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing, accounts receivable, inventory tracking, or order processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with a team and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders and verify order accuracy, pricing, and shipping instructions.
• Process and monitor purchase orders, inventory entry, and inventory levels.
• Handle billing, accounts receivable support, and customer billing reminders.
• Print picking tickets and verify shipping and special handling requirements.
• Schedule and release blanket orders and back orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries, literature/sample requests, and order discrepancies.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with product and application inquiries.
• Sort and distribute mail and perform general administrative duties as needed.
