Qualifications

• Professional attitude with strong work ethic.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with billing, accounts receivable, inventory tracking, or order processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders and verify order accuracy, pricing, and shipping instructions
• Process and monitor purchase orders, inventory entry, and inventory levels
• Handle billing, accounts receivable support, and customer billing reminders
• Print picking tickets and verify shipping and special handling requirements
• Schedule and release blanket orders and back orders
• Respond to customer inquiries, literature/sample requests, and order discrepancies
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with product and application inquiries
• Sort and distribute mail and perform general administrative duties as needed
