Set acceptable annual sales volume and profit margin goals and achieve them! Profitably rent approved tractors and Ag construction equipment through Garton Tractor and Golden State Rentals per the Rental Rate Chart Guideline. Promptly sell trade-ins. Concentrate on selling on a first in, first out basis! Be a “Suggestive Seller”; sell attachments/accessories. Develop your skills with self-training programs.Standards and Measurement of Performance: You will meet or exceed expectations when the following have been successfully met:Accomplish set annual sales and profit margin goalsSatisfy customersProduct knowledge, including completion of required manufacturer trainingAttend meetings and dedicated eventsWork with and promote the Parts and Service DepartmentsFulfillment of the described duties and Company policiesFollow all safety protocols.COMMISSION COMPENSATION PLAN – FLSA Standard is Exempt
