Job summary

Garton Tractor Inc. is seeking a Parts Shipping/Receiving - Parts Sales Trainee to manage accurate shipping/receiving of freight and parts. You will deliver polite, responsive customer service, assist other parts staff, and help grow parts sales while stocking and organizing the department.

Job Function & Purpose: Efficient Shipping/Receiving of Freight. Fulfill customer needs by running an efficient Shipping/Receiving arm of our Parts Department. Shipping and Receiving of freight and parts with excellent customer satisfaction. To represent and promote the Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental Department operations and store network in a positive manner, which insures customer confidence, repeat business, and maximum return for the Dealership.Responsibility: As a Parts Shipping/Receiving - Parts Sales Trainee for Garton Tractor, you are responsible for accuracy of shipping and receiving of freight and parts; polite, responsive customer service; assisting other parts staff as required; increasing parts sales; assist in stocking and organizing the department; a strong work ethic that is reflective of the Parts Team.QualificationsCustomer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
