This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.
Description
- We help protect families financially in case of critical illness or death of a loved one.
- Our work is vital to the families we serve, who request information about our programs.
- We operate in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client age groups.
Duties
- Follow up with responders sent into our office by prospective clients and schedule appointments.
- Meet with families in person, via phone, or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
- Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
- Report performance metrics to the home office.
- Participate in ongoing sales training.
- No Cold-Calling or Prospecting required.
- This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) sales position.

Qualifications
- Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient with smartphone, computer, or tablet.
- Own cell phone and device with a web camera.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
