Job summary

Surface Experts is hiring a sales representative in Westminster, CO. This part-time role (approximately 10-20 hours/week) offers a base of $20/hour plus unlimited commission.

Training is provided, with a 401(k) plan, car allowance, and mobile phone supplied to support field activities. Responsibilities include meeting 5–15 contacts daily, on-site visits, calls and emails, and expanding customer relationships across property management, hotels, movers, builders, etc.

• Document sales activities in CRM from lead to work order; weekly reporting.
• Brainstorm new leads and opportunities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting with 5-15 contacts a day.

• On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
• In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships

• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
• Enjoys working with people
• Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
• Earning the trust with our Customers

Working within a sales team and process

• Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
• Reporting accurately and weekly
• Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
• Professional, caring and service-minded
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team

Preferred Skills:

• General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
• Experience using CRM tool and process
• Experience working in base + commission environment
